　　whenasophomore,ijoinedtheassociationofaienthusiastandbegantonarrowdownmyinterestformyfutureresearch.in2007,iparticipatedinsimulationtooldevelopmentfortheschedulingsysteminprof.wang’slab.withthetoolofopenGLandmatlab,idesignedasimulationprogramfortransportationschedulingsystem.itisnowwidelyusedbydifferentresearchgroupsinnUSt.in2008,iassumedandfulfilledasewageanalysis&disposeprojectfornanjingsewagetreatmentplant.thiswasmyfirstpracticetoconvertalaboratoryideatoacommercialproduct.

　　in2009,ijoinedthedistinguishedprofessorYu-GengXisresearchgroupaimingatnetworkflowproblemsolvingandHeuristicalgorithmresearch.SooniwasengagedintheFuDanGeneDatabaseDesign.mydutywastopickuptheusefulinformationamongdifferentkindsofgenematchingformat.throughthecomparisonandanalysisformanyheuristicalgorithms,iintroducedanimprovedevolutionaryalgorithm--multi-populationGeneticalgorithm.Bydividingawholepopulationintoseveralsub-populations,thisimprovedalgorithmcaneffectivelypreventGafromlocalconvergenceandpromotevariousevolutionaryorientations.itprovedmoreefficientlythanSGainexperiments,too.inthesecondsemester,ijoinedtheworkshop-schedulingresearchinShanghaiHeavyDutytyreplant.theschedulingwasdesignedfortherubber-makingprocessthatcoverednotonlydiscretebutalsocontinuouscircumstances.tomakeabalancepointbetweenoptimizationqualityandtimecost,iproposedaDynamicLayeredSchedulingmethodbasedonhybridpetrinets.
