　　【注】解释两件事：

　　1.最好在邮件里附上了个人陈述和个人简历。大学老师们一般工作都很繁忙，很少有时间专门为一个学生写推荐信。而且，没有一个老师会给自己不了解的学生写推荐信的。如果有个人陈述和个人简历就不一样了，这不仅能让他们知道你想在推荐信里强调自己哪方面的能力，还能为他们减轻很多工作量，从而最终的结果也更能meetyourexpectations。

　　2.那么这些文件是以附件形式还是正文形式发送呢？这是申请中的老问题。有一个基本的原则是：如果收件人用的是hotmail、gmail之类的邮箱，则可用附件形式发送。如果是公司、学校的邮箱则在正文部分粘贴为佳，以避免这类邮箱不支持附件。
